
Tried a couple of recipes instead of exercising this morning… I made the dough for this white sandwich bread last night. It’s a no-knead recipe from Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day. The recipe was extremely easy, and also I didn’t need a baking stone for this particular type of bread… I cracked mine earlier this year and still haven’t got around to replacing it.

For lunch, I made this recipe for tuna avocado donburi. I meant to try this recipe a while ago, but I think by the time I was ready to go, avocados weren’t in season.
I tasted a spoonfull of the avocado and seasoned tuna mashed together before sealing up my lunch container… Now I keep checking the clock to see when I get to tear that container back open…
